Some blessings listed can only be obtained with the inclusion of Dawnguard and Dragonborn add-ons. These are made available by talking to Paarthurnax. As with the shrine blessings, only one can be active at any one time. The player can choose to meet with the dragon and change the word at one's discretion without any repercussions whatsoever.
These abilities are not listed in Active Effects, the quest log, any book or mentioned by any character. The Gift of the Gab will actually take effect, despite not being visible to the player, but Archmage's Authority will not. Exchanging them requires going back to the Twilight Sepulcher.
The following are abilities inherent to certain races of Skyrim. Not all races are mutually exclusive: i. Glowing waterfalls spill into glistening pools while luminescent mushrooms cast an eerie, otherworldly light from the walls and ceilings. It might be worth your while to stray off the beaten path for a while in order to dive into the pools of water. This is a particularly useful passive for any build that favors healing spells over health potions. Traverse the mountain regions between Dawnstar and Winterhold and you will find Frostflow Lighthouse atop a rocky snow-capped crag.
As soon as you walk into the central room in the lighthouse, the Frostflow Abyss quest will pop. Travel through the surprisingly spooky location to uncover the grisly corpses of the family who tried to lived here. The bodies will lead you on a scavenger hunt through caves infested with falmer and chaurus, eventually culminating in a fight against a very nasty chaurus reaper. Travel back upstairs, then unlock the door up to the top of the lighthouse. Dragon Infusion made it this high on our lists because of just how often dragons are encountered in the Skyrim.
The ability also has the added effect of reducing the chance that any dragon can one-hit eat you, which occurs if your armor rating is comparatively too low. Reanimate a weak dead body to fight for you for 60 seconds. Reanimate, 6 pts for 60 seconds. Reanimate Secondary Effects for 60 seconds. Reanimate, 13 pts for 60 seconds, Will not turn the raised body to ashes when it's killed.
Reanimate, 21 pts for 60 seconds. Will not turn the raised body to ashes when it's killed. Reanimate, 30 pts for 60 seconds. Fortified Healing , 1 pt for 60 seconds. Voice of the Emperor. Calms nearby people for 60 seconds. Bones of the Earth. Single use, then must be reacquired at the Earth Stone. Conjure Werebear. Summons a Werebear for 60 seconds wherever the caster is pointing. Single use, then must be reacquired at the Beast Stone. Acquired at the Beast Stone.
The werebear will be active for seconds with the appropriate Conjuration perk. North Wind. Targets take 20 points of frost damage for 10 seconds, plus Stamina damage. Single use, then must be reacquired at the Wind Stone. Root of Power. Single use, then must be reacquired at the Tree Stone. Acquired at the Tree Stone. Sun Flare. A point fiery explosion centered on the caster. Does more damage to closer targets. Single use, then must be reacquired at the Sun Stone.
Waters of Life. Heals everyone close to the caster points. Single use, then must be reacquired at the Water Stone. Use an amiibo to summon something useful. You never know what's going to come through when you use it. This power is only available in the Nintendo Switch version of the game. The lowercase name is intentionally stylized. A glowing circle will appear when you cast it at the ground, enabling in-game compatibility with Nintendo's "amiibo" figures.
